The company (Olney Headwear Ltd) has a skilled, flexible and dedicated workforce of 25 people able to turn their hands to manufacture of any type of hat or cap, proudly produced at their factory in Luton, Bedfordshire, the home of the hat industry in the United Kingdom.
Whether it be a traditional tweed cap, genuine panama or the traditional straw boater, the classic range has stood the test of time and continues to be the backbone of the company.
Currently owned and run by 4th generation of the Olney family, Andrew and David have a combined experience in the hat trade of over 50 years.
With some exciting additions of the oversized Baker Boy 12 Big 'Un, Detroit Docker Baker Boy Cap (a real peaky blinder shape, no razor blades though!), the Redford Urban Baker Boy Cap through to the city and country style of the Rollable Trilby!

It is with great sadness that we learnt that Olney Headwear Ltd had ceased production and closed their factory permanently, due to the effects of Covid-19 and a vast number of retailers closing down too.
