Shipping is calculated at checkout.

United Kingdom Orders

For all UK orders, you can select either Royal Mail Tracked Service or EVRi (Hermes) Standard Delivery at checkout.

EVRi: Orders must be received by 11am to qualify for next-day delivery. Some postcodes furthest from us may take 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Sunday or Monday (when we are closed) will typically be delivered from Wednesday or Thursday.

Royal Mail: Timescales are as above, though delivery speed can vary by area based on Royal Mail's local service levels.

International Orders

Orders outside the UK are sent via Royal Mail International Services, unless we deem another courier more suitable. Full tracking details and estimated timescales will be provided. International shipments may be delayed by customs or security checks.

For EU & International orders: goods are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Any import duties or customs charges are payable by you, the customer, and are not covered by us. Please ensure the contact details given at checkout are accurate, as they will be used by customs authorities to collect payment before the goods are released to you.

Multiple items purchased in a single order are charged just one delivery cost.
